Is it possible to arrive by public transport?

Yes. The Bruno Marek Allee tram stop is in the immediate vicinity, and Praterstern with S-Bahn, U-Bahn and ÖBB connections is within walking distance.

I've never attended an Encounter before, is that a problem?

No. We provide a sufficiently safe space where everyone is free to speak or remain silent, to come or go (and to use other rooms in the house).

Are drinks and snacks included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mineral and still water are offered, as well as coffee, tea, and snacks, which are included in the price. Additional drinks (fruit juices, etc.) can be purchased on site.

Are lunches included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A lunch buffet will be provided on-site to avoid disrupting the congress process too much, thus allowing participants to continue interacting. Food and drinks are included in the congress fee.
